The Finance Department is responsible for all financial functions of the City. Functions include utility billing, accounts payable, accounting and financial reporting, payroll, and human resources.

The city accepts credit and debit cards: Visa, Discover and Mastercard for payment of your water bill. Charges must be made in person and the City County Complex, no charges over the phone.
